This Income Disclosure explains the realistic financial expectations of participating in the Nelo partner program. Please read it carefully before enrolling or making any purchase. Becoming a Nelo partner is an opportunity to earn income by selling products and building an organization — it is not a job, a passive investment, or a guarantee of income of any kind.
1. No Guarantee of Income
Nelo does not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount, or any income at all. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, consistency, leadership, the time you invest, your market, and factors outside anyone's control. Many people who join direct-selling programs earn little or no income, and some earn nothing and may lose the money they spend.
Success is not typical, and one partner's results do not predict yours.
2. Earnings Come from Real Product Sales
Compensation under the Nelo Rewards Plan is earned on genuine sales of products to customers and partners for personal use and resale. Simply enrolling other people does not, by itself, produce income. Building a sustainable income requires ongoing product sales within your organization.
3. Costs of Participation
You can register as a Free Partner at no cost. Choosing to purchase a product package, or to participate through the Partial Pay (NELΩ Points) program, involves spending money, and withdrawals of commissions to an external wallet are subject to a fee as disclosed in the Policies & Procedures. You should not spend more than you can afford, and you should not purchase primarily to qualify for commissions rather than for the value of the product itself.
4. Typical Earnings
Nelo is a new program and does not yet have a complete period of historical results from which to publish average or median partner earnings. As reliable data becomes available, Nelo intends to publish a statement of typical partner earnings, including the percentage of partners who earn commissions and the amounts they earn.

5. Illustrations Are Hypothetical
Any figures, examples, charts, or scenarios shown anywhere in the Services or in marketing materials are hypothetical illustrations of how the Rewards Plan works. They are not representations or guarantees of what you will actually earn and should not be interpreted as typical results.
6. Not an Investment
The Nelo opportunity is not a security, an investment, or an interest-bearing product, and NELΩ Points and NELΩ Vouchers are closed-loop store credit — not currency and not an investment. Do not present the program as an investment, and do not join expecting investment-style returns.
7. Independent Advice
You participate as an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and business decisions. Nelo does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consider consulting your own qualified advisors before enrolling or making purchases, and ensure that your participation complies with the laws of your country.
