1. Becoming a Partner

Anyone who registers becomes a partner. You may begin as a Free Partner (no purchase), join through the Partial Pay (NELΩ Points) program, or purchase a product package to become fully qualified. Each path and its effects on activity and earnings are described in the Compensation Plan.

One person may hold only one partner position. Providing accurate identity, contact, and payout information is a condition of participation.

2. Acknowledgement at Registration

Registration requires you to confirm that you have read and understand the Terms & Conditions and these Policies & Procedures. You cannot complete registration without that confirmation, and your acknowledgement is recorded.

3. Partner Responsibilities & Conduct

Partners must act honestly, comply with applicable laws (including direct-selling, consumer-protection, and digital-asset rules), and represent Nelo, its products, and the Compensation Plan truthfully.

Partners are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes and business expenses, and may not present themselves as employees or agents of Nelo.

4. Sponsoring & Placement

Partners you personally enroll are placed in your unilevel (sponsorship) organization and in the Dual Equity (binary) structure according to the placement rules in the Compensation Plan. Placement links may direct new partners to a specific leg within your own structure.

You may not coerce enrollment, enroll someone without their knowledge, or place positions to manipulate the compensation system.

5. Compensation & Qualification

Commissions and bonuses are earned only on real product sales and are paid according to the Compensation Plan, subject to level qualification, the balance rule, activity requirements, and earning-tier rules.

Qualification is based on personal and team sales volume. Earnings tiers (e.g., fully qualified, Partial Pay, Free Partner) determine the percentage you keep; amounts not kept roll up as described in the Compensation Plan.

6. Activity & Compression

Maintaining active status requires qualifying activity within the stated windows. Inactive positions may be compressed for the purpose of calculating upline commissions, as described in the Compensation Plan.

7. Advertising & Claims

Partners must use only approved marketing materials and may not alter Nelo branding. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Income or earnings claims, guarantees, or “get rich” representations;
• Disease, medical, therapeutic, or other unapproved product claims;
• Presenting the program as a passive investment or a security;
• Spam, deceptive advertising, or unauthorized use of the Nelo name in domains, ads, or social accounts.

8. Product Sales, Returns & Refunds

Product orders are fulfilled per the information shown at checkout. Returns and refunds are handled under our return policy [PLACEHOLDER — return window and conditions to be finalized by counsel]. Commissions paid on a sale that is later refunded or charged back may be reversed.

9. USDT Payments, Wallets & Withdrawals

Purchases and payouts use USDT on the supported network (BEP-20 / Binance Smart Chain) only. Commission balances are held in an internal account ledger denominated in U.S. dollars; they are not on-chain wallets and do not earn interest.

Withdrawals to an external wallet are subject to a withdrawal fee (currently 2.5%); internal partner-to-partner transfers are exempt. You are responsible for providing a correct withdrawal address on a supported network. Digital-asset transfers are generally irreversible.

10. NELΩ Points & Vouchers

NELΩ Points (Partial Pay) and NELΩ Vouchers are closed-loop store credit usable only within the Nelo ecosystem as described in the Compensation Plan. They have no cash value, are non-transferable except as expressly permitted, and may not be redeemed for cash.

11. Confidentiality of Organization Data

Downline and genealogy information is confidential and proprietary to Nelo. You may use it only to support your own organization and must not disclose, sell, or use it to promote other programs.

12. Cross-Recruiting & Non-Disparagement

Partners may not solicit other Nelo partners for competing programs (cross-recruiting) and may not make disparaging or false statements about Nelo, its products, or other partners.

13. Disciplinary Action & Termination

Violations may result in warnings, withholding of commissions, suspension, or termination of your partner position. Nelo may take action it deems appropriate to protect the integrity of the program and compliance with law.

14. Amendments

Nelo may amend these Policies and the Compensation Plan from time to time. Changes apply prospectively, take effect when posted with a new “last updated” date, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.

15. Acknowledgement

By registering and by checking the acknowledgement box at signup, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Policies & Procedures, the Terms & Conditions, and the Compensation Plan.
